We rented this space in addition to the main house, but I would be perfectly happy to stay in just the condo with a small group.

This Airbnb is AMAZING! The Los Alamos Cherry Bomb Jr Roller Derby Team stayed two nights and everyone loved how big it was, that it was quiet, right next to a grocery store and in walking distances from so many great places to eat. There is a third level that may be request for more money, but with our team, totally worth it to have that extra space. If you have a small/medium team looking to Airbnb in Fort Collins, this is the house for you. The hosts are also super friendly and very responsive which is always a plus.

Just right for our family - a separate apartment for the couple with kids. Great big tv's for a CSU basketball game that was important to the group. Garbage disposal did not work.

We came from Utah and Wisconsin to Loveland in order to see our son / grandson/nephew in a performance at the Candlelight Dinner Theater. There were seven of us so the house provided ample space. It is an interesting place to stay because it is an old house and the layout is very different than what one is typically used to. Dartboard in the bar was great. Appreciated the exercise equipment. It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Easy driving distance to downtown Loveland which is charming. Would definitely recommend.

Charming, updated, huge home with lots of nooks and crannies to accommodate an extended family holiday! The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms and bedrooms are plentiful. Loveland is a cute place to explore on its own, but also a great launching point for day trips. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and proactive in providing instructions.
