Séjour début mai. L’appartement vaste idéal pour deux couples, un grand salon et grandes chambres. Proche à 10 minutes de l’aéroport et du centre-ville en voiture. Avec le système de location de trottinette, de vélo ou auto BOLT, c’est très simple et peu cher. Grand supermarché à 50 m. 2 choses incompréhensibles : il y a deux écrans géants de télévision. Mais si vous n’avez pas d’abonnement Netflix, Apple TV ou autre, ils ne vous servent strictement à rien. Le propriétaire n’a pas pris la peine de prendre la télévision avec la Box pour le wifi. Un peu radin. 2 eme loupé, les poêles pour faire la cuisine sont en aluminium et ne fonctionnent pas avec la plaque à induction !!! Donc pas possible de se faire un œuf, un steak ou quoi que ce soit à la poêle. Après avoir déposé un SMS pour l’informer de ceci, je n’ai eu aucune réponse. C’est un peu nul. Conclusion : appart. bien mais propriétaire assez froid et peu agréable globalement dans les contacts. L’amabilité latine est absente :).

Beautiful and very clean apartment. Nice view from the top floor. The house was very quiet. We didn’t hear a thing during our stay! The neighbourhood was very nice and peaceful, but walking distance from the centre. Convenient if you have a car. Definitely will stay in this apartment again.

We stayed in Aleksei's place for 3 nights (4 adults, 1 child under 2). The apartment was very well equipped for our stay, even with the small one. It has air conditioning which was very much appreciated during the hot July days. Also the view is very nice, and it has a supermarket immediately next to it. Check-in and communication with Aleksei was very quick and effortless. All in all a very nice stay.

It's a spectular almost luxurious penthouse apartment for a reasonable price. A supermarket is near and a nice park (Kadriorg), the neighbourhood is quiet. There's basic breakfast stuff like coffee and tea. Also for children there is crib, potty and highchair. One bedroom can be locked in the back lock and we had problems with that with kids, beware.
