Jasmine Panoramic View Apartment is the first floor apartment of a recently renovated traditional mansion inside the medieval town of Ano Syros. It offers breathtaking 270 degree views towards the sparkling Aegean and as far as the islands of Naxos and Donoussa! We have taken great care to preserve the originality of the place and to stay true to the old Cyclades... you will feel like you are living in a beautiful old-style museum, dream... or fairytale, awaking to astonishing views every day! Jasmine Panoramic View Apartment is a first-floor apartment located a stone's throw away from the vibrant main street in Ano Syros. It is a comfortable 65 sqm apartment with high ceilings. It includes a private balcony offering a bird's eye view of Ermoupoli and the sea, a spacious living room with a traditional wood stove, a master bedroom with a king size bed (with a sea view), a dining room/office (with mountain views), a spacious bathroom with a modern overhead shower and separate WC. It also has a separate fully equipped kitchen (with mountain views) and you will find local organic products there to prepare your meals. The bedroom and living room have large ceiling fans to keep the summers cool and to preserve the originality of the place.

What a lovely stay we just had, should have booked more days! The apartment is situated in the heart of Ano Syros in a fantastic location. Every day it is a peaceful surprise to wake up with the view of the sun rising in the east over the splendid Ermoupolis, and catch a glimpse of sailboats and ferries coming and going. Sat on the balcony, listening to the great collection of tunes from the record player in the living room, it's easy to get lost in the sights of the harbour and the shiny blue sea. The apartment looks even better than the photos, it is beautifully decorated yet simple and cosy. There were lots of extras which made our stay even more comfortable. Yipsum is a fantastic host who really cares about her guests. She gave us great tips, was always at hand and made us feel right at home. Ano Syros felt safe and homely and it was an absolute joy to be greeted by the local cats and their unique personalities in this charming medieval town! 10/10 can't wait to go back!

We (a group of 3 adults) stayed at this beautiful house for a week during our summer holidays. Eleni was a great host, very friendly and excellent in communication. The house is located very close to the centre of Ano Syros where all the shops and restaurants/cafes are found which was very convenient for our walks. Although the house is very stylish, it is not so practical and definitely not comfortable for three people as the third person has to sleep on a single (vintage) sofa which is not turned into a bed. Moreover, the WC is really tiny making it impossible to stay therein for more than a minute (especially in high temperature). In general, it is a nice house with an amazing view but a little bit overpriced.

Fantastisk lägenhet i centrum i Ano Syros- små gränder och härligt kvällslivet. Vi bodde mitt i och runt oss fanns alla restauranger, kaféer, barer och affärer. Vi åker gärna till baka hit.i lägenheten fanns allt man behöver. Skön säng och mycket rent.Äldre stil och roliga detaljer.

Jasmine Panoramic View Apartment is a stone throw's away from the vibrant main street of Ano Syros, where guests have easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is also less than a minute's walk to Markos Bambakaris square and museum, which is dedicated to the legendary musician of the Greek blues. There is also a mini market at the entrance of Ano Syros, which is just a four minute walk from the house.
Because Ano Syros is a hotspot, the area can get quite busy in the high season (typically August). Generally, however, the environment is very quiet, tranquil and safe for kids to play in due to the complete absence of vehicles in the medieval town.
There are hiking trails into the mountains from the back of Ano Syros that are easily accessible and offer even more stunning views of the Cyclades.

The apartment is very conveniently located, only ~4 minutes' walking distance from Kamara, which is the main entrance in Ano Syros.
If you are coming with a car or motorbike, there is free parking at Kamara.
If you do not have a car, you can use the free and frequent local buses that go between Ermoupoli and Kamara (journey time approx 15 min).
Taxi from Ermoupoli costs around 4 to 5 euros.
Alternatively, it is only a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment to Ermoupoli. Be minded that what goes down must come back up, so going to Ermoupoli is easy, but climbing back up is a little bit harder :)
From Ermoupoli, there are buses that go around the island for a cheap fare of 2 euros, which you can use to visit the other towns and beaches.
If you prefer to more freedom with getting around, there are also some highly rated car or motorbike rentals in Syros.
