On the ground floor, you benefit from spacious reception areas including: * a large entrance hall, * a fitted and equipped functional kitchen (cooking range), * a living room with fireplace (functional), enveloping you in a warm terracotta and forest green atmosphere, and two large sofas to welcome you around a large coffee table, * a dining room with 10/14 seats, for convivial meals under a majestic chandelier, in a green and chrome atmosphere. * a TV lounge (165 inch screen), with its fireplace (electric), to chill in front of a film or a series (VOD available with supplement). * a bathroom (shower + double sink) and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you have 4 tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms, completely renovated in 2022: * the Canal Room (2 people, 25m²), in powder pink and petrol blue tones, offering a beautiful view of the canal. * the Yellow Room (2 people, 17m²), with its functional fireplace, and its relaxation area, to admire the view of the canal from its large French window. * the Garden Room (3 people, 23m²), with a modern khaki green and yellow decoration, which offers a lounge area and a TV screen (HDMI only). * the small bedroom (3 single beds, 11m²), for children or adults, inspired by some childhood memories... (bunk bed + trundle bed) * The yellow bathroom (bathtub + double basin, heated towel rail) and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, enjoy other spaces: * On the landing, a 15m² office space (21' screen available), and the library will allow you to work in a pleasant setting. * the Vincent Room (2 people, 11m²), small cozy quiet room, in blue and turquoise tones. * the Ginko Room (3 people), in shades of blue and black, with its office area (screen available), and its view of the canal, to take refuge. * Shower room (shower + basin + WC). The cellar is accessible only on request for access to the laundry room. The garden offers you different spaces (in the process of landscaping): * On the side of the house, enjoy a large terrace for 14-20 people, with barbecue (charcoal) available. * At the back of the terrace, you benefit from relaxation areas with deckchairs available. * At the front of the house, various terraces to enjoy the sun at its zenith.
