The place is well furnished, with taste and very organized. The furnitures look almost new and it has all comforts. Air conditioning in every room independent, fully furnished kitchen and Barbara is very helpful and friendly. The only think is that there is no wifi because, as she explained, it is not available in the area and you need a parabola to have it. The phone, however has a strong signal and you need to use that. The swimming pool is simply fantastic, the best we ever saw. The sea is not too far and the sun is very strong in that latitude …

5 stelle più che meritate sotto tutti i punti di vista. La location è curata alla perfezione, con un tocco personale che la rende ancora più piacevole. Barbara si è dimostrata un ospite eccezionale, piena di suggerimenti e attenzioni da farci sentire più che clienti. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il mare (5 min in bici su ottima ciclabile) e comoda per la spesa. E poi da non dimenticare che Matera è a portata di mano. Policoro è stata una vera sorpresa. Super consigliato!!!

Tutto perfetto direi. Barbara è stata una padrona di casa gentile e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con cura, è situato all'interno di un bel residence con piscina... meravigliosa la colazione per cominciare la giornata verso le 9 con i cornetti caldi a bordo vasca! Anche le signore del bar sono sempre state carine e gentilissime!!! Consigliatissimo!!!!

This is a wonderfully modern apartment to stay in with a lovely swimming pool and sea just around the corner. It is a perfect base to explore Matera and the Greek ruins, and other interesting towns in South Italy. Super easy to find of the main road with everything nearby and the Heraclea shopping centre with a big supermarket if the local not sufficient, 10 minute drive away. The owner Is lovely and super helpful. Can highly recommend staying here.

appartamento ottimamente arredato e pulito. posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal mare e dal paese di Policoro. La host, Barbara, è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno. da ripetere..
