The house was a perfect location for our needs. Close to the light rail and optimist hall. Great walking trails at optimist park and cordelia park. Kris was very accomodating and responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Kitchen is equipped with all your needs to prepare meals in the house to prepare meals if you choose. Checkin and checkout were both very easy. Thank you Kris for your hospitality!

This was such a great spot. The location was superb, the place was clean and spacious. Everything was very well stocked. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

I visited Charlotte to spend time with my granddaughter who attends Johnson & Wales University to visit apartments in search for her next year. Kris's place was perfect for this as we were wanting to visit apartments on the north side of Charlotte .... and boy were there plenty to see. The home was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with standard cooking utensils and a few other items that I think may have been left by previous visitors like sugar, flour, spices and such. There was also a small supply of ziplock bags, foil and plastic wrap. The bathroom was squeaky clean and well stocked with towels, and cleansing items. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. It was an easy walk to some places we wanted to visit and Optimist Hall. The dining there was one of our favorites! I will definitely look to book here again when I visit next time. Kris was a great communicator and willing to accommodate a schedule change I had to make before arrival.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Kris’ place. The house is cosy, comfortable, quiet, and just as described. The location is great - easy access to NoDa, Optimist Hall, and 277. The beds were super comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure (seriously - it merits a mention!), and the kitchen was well-stocked. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re visiting Charlotte!
