The place was really nice and served our needs as a big group! It was an easy walk to the downtown area, about 15 minutes. The outdoor space is nice, but shared with the owners upstairs which could feel awkward. The people upstairs played the piano during the day, but we didn't mind hearing it. I had also seen in other reviews that people heard piano playing, so it was not unexpected or unwelcome. Everything felt clean but the group did notice a slight musty smell. The only negative was on the second morning everyone felt very stuffy and almost sick (some more than others depending on their allergy sensitivity), making us feel like maybe there is an allergen lurking in the house making people react that way. At the end of our stay, we thought something was left behind in the house. When I contacted the owner, they were super responsive and looked through the house for us and allowed us to come back and check ourselves. This was super appreciated!

Beautiful home and great location in a quiet community walking distant to nice shops and restaurants. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Seth's place was a very nice Airbnb only a few minutes walk away from downtown Charlottesville. Would highly recommend staying there!

Super basement apartment just as represented. Excellent location for downtown activity and easy to get in and out of town from there.
