Perfect except two: the power plugs are pretty old, and got an extension for that, problem solved. The mattress at room #2 is too old and worn out.

Miscommunicated Wi-Fi password, letter “l” or digit “1”. Everything else was pretty smooth. Guests were all boys/men, easy to communicate, easy to get agreement. I would like to come again in future.

The only real complaint I have about this place is that beds themselves, if you like a firm mattress it must be great for you but for any side sleepers out there they can be a little bit too firm. Other than that this was a really great place to crash when I was in town.
