We spent a month in this beautifully appointed private home across from the ocean. it provided a quiet and restful stay. Our host was responsive when needed. Very efficient kitchen that made meal making a breeze. It was located in a beautiful area close to the beach and shopping. We are looking forward to staying again! Love Amelia Island ❤️

Beautiful old house, wonderfully remodeled, with easy access to the beach. There is no house across the street so ocean views abound. Our family of 5 loved our stay!

My husband and I just spent 5 amazing weeks at Travelers Rest! This charming cottage was in a perfect location and a very short walk to the beach! Professionally decorated and very clean, it was also well stocked and had everything we needed. Sarah and Jason were always quick to respond, but we really didn’t need them much because everything was good to go. We were welcomed with a sweet note and gifts, and it was hard to leave. We hope to return…

It was just what was needed for a weekend of sun and relaxation and a little exploration of “Old Florida”. It was easy and quick to get to the beach access which is just steps from the front door. The house is gorgeous and cozy and the hosts made us feel right at home with all the little hospitable details. They even had a welcome gift for us! Book this place if you want to enjoy a little piece of heaven in Florida.
