The house was beautiful and had tons of space for our multi family stay. The teenagers loved the upstairs TV area with video games and the pool was clean. We loved that there was a big master bedroom downstairs and a master bedroom upstairs. They only provide small hotel size shampoo and conditioner and soap for the showers. We didn't have TV remotes for two of the TV's but they resolved the problem by bringing new remotes the last full day that we were there. Overall it was a great house in a great neighborhood. We would stay again!

We had a real good time, but the home had some things that were being fixed and they had plaster on them. The railing for instance was a hazardous becase they just tried to do a fast fix and it was coming out of the wall!!! That needed to be fixed before renting it! But overall it was a nice place!

This is a spacious house in a clean and quiet location. Amenities (supermarket, gas, restaurants, etc) are nearby. The house is nicely furnished and has comfortable beds and good linens. The pool is nice, but expensive to heat (the additional 85 USD daily pool heat fee does not include tax, which brought the price closer to 100 USD daily). The property could benefit from a little TLC. Plaster on the stairway had been patched but not painted, and tiling in a couple of the bathrooms isn't in great shape. Tiled stair edges were problematic. Much of the outdoor furniture is in poor condition (broken chair and umbrella, ripped upholstery), and needs to be replaced. We ran into an issue with the pool vacuum not working, but when reported, Vacasa Arizona was there to solve the problem within a few hours. Overall, our group of 12 (including 4 children aged 3 to 12) had an enjoyable time in this property but, for the amount of money we spent, we were expecting a little better.
