All the comforts of home whether on a business or pleasure trip. Spacious, airy, relaxing and clean. I slept in the front bedroom on the road and the traffic noise was not a bother at all, in fact, it decreases significantly in the night to almost nil and I live in a rural area not used to noise. Slept like baby! My partner used the bedroom at the back where the only noise was from the occasional song bird !! Tons of exceptionally good information from Gavin and the flat is in walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Roker and Seaburn (10 to 15 minutes or so, and I have slight mobility problems) with a huge choice of restaurants, bars, cafés, live music venue (The Stack). You really can't go wrong. Nice, private outdoor space with table and seating which is an added plus point for me. Give me this place over a hotel room any day. I will certainly book it again without hesitation.
