we enjoyed our stay immensely. communication was easy and prompt. michael, the groundskeeper, was sweet and incredibly helpful with just about everything. he always had a smile on his face and greeted us so warmly; we were made to feel right at home. the home is beautiful and private. it was so nice to have our own kitchen and to be able to cook. the hosts were incredibly accommodating at the end of the trip by letting us stay a few more hours past the time before we headed to the airport to leave. it was truly kind. thank you so much for making our stay pleasant. we hope to be back.

We had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting house during Christmas. It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the charm of this blissful home. The house itself is a perfect blend of rustic and modern comfort. The spacious common areas, including the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen, provided the ideal space for our family to gather and create lasting memories. What truly sets this property apart is its stunning outdoor space. The expansive garden, surrounded by lush greenery, is a haven for relaxation. We spent our evenings bonding around the living room in the fireplace. Our host Janealice, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their attention to detail enabled us to enjoy every aspect of this home. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such a magical home. Highly recommended!

This house far exceeded my expectations. With beautiful high ceilings that give you a sense of openess.The Fireplace! The center piece of the house & one of my favorite spots to sit by in the evenings. My second favorite spot was outside on the verandah that has these beautiful wooden beams facing this perfectly landscaped garden. I had my coffee out there every single day soaking up the morning sun, birds chirping before my kids got up. Speaking of birds, it was such a joy to wake up to the sounds of these birds. Even my daughter commented on how amazing that was for her & she is 12. My husband works hard & doesn't relax easily but he was at peace here. I wanted someone to cook & clean so I too could fully enjoy my vacation. Janealice set up Chef John & Mama Esther to handle this for me. There was also Mr. Kivoi who handled the grounds. These three made an exceptional team making us feel so cared for & pampered. They always had big smiles for us. Mr Kivoi was so patient with my kids.
