Gevorg的房子太棒了，与市中心区近在咫尺，相当于住在北京王府井旁边😃😃。房子整洁干净，厨具佐料非常齐全，每个房间都有独立卫生间，对于多人团体非常方便…Gevorg为我们提供了很多帮助，并帮我们预定了回第比利斯的包车，非常感谢。另外Gevorg曾在中国留学，会说些简单的汉语，中国的小伙伴不要犹豫预定吧～

Gevorg has been the most incredible host. He has been so kind and helpful while my family stayed at his place. He made sure we always had what we needed and even accommodated our arrival and allowed us to check in early. The place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The details of the apartment are uniquely beautiful and the space makes you feel right at home. Not to mention how convenient the location is to everything you may need. Would 100% stay at Gevorg’s place if in Armenia again!

Overall I highly recommend this place, but there are some pros and cons: Pros: - super nice and helpful host - amazing location - 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom each (extremely handy!) Cons: - the entry to the apartment is shared with other tenants and sometimes we could smell the cigarettes - it can get loud from the neighbors and from the outside But again overall it was a great experience and good value for the money! Really recommend for those who travel with friends, amazing apartment for 5-6 people!

We stayed at Gevorg’s place for 3 nights and we really liked it. The apartment is spacious and stylish. The furniture is modern, but you can also find some elements from the past, which is really cool. For example, a wall in the apartment, which was previously a facade, has been preserved. The location is also very convenient; the apartment is right in the center. You can find the opera theatre right opposite the apartment. I also liked communicating with Gevorg. He’s very friendly, responsive, and ready to help. He gave us really cool tips about restaurants and the surrounding area. I really recommend Gevorg’s place to stay!
