Ben was nice and helped as much as possible. The stay is a basement and I was not informed of that until I arrived to the stay. You have to walk to the back of the house, which I also unaware of. The stay is very small and the bathroom is very tight. All the sheets were dirty and when we asked for news ones, we got told, “it’s glue that won’t come off.”

Ben’s place is in a fabulous location. I was able to walk where I wanted to go. Ben is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. However, the unit needs some maintenance and a new paint job. The bedroom wall has a stained sheet stapled to it and there were cracks in the walls and ceiling. Additionally it was unclear to me from the photos that the bathroom was so narrow. I am a skinny person but had to turns sideways to access the shower and toilet. If you are a larger body build, I would suggest staying elsewhere. Overall, for the price I paid it was worth it as I was only there to sleep.

Would not recommend for soul female travelers, was a clean space but had an incident late at night with a creepy neighbor. Not ideal for large luggage as there’s a big hill to lug your belongings up and no pathway to guide you besides small stepping stones. Besides that had a nice stay, but be wary of the neighbor. He knocked on our door at midnight, when we went outside to grab our delivery items he came up to us and asked if we were staying in the suite alone.

We had a great stay at this property. It's in a very safe, family-friendly area. Safe and easy parking. It's quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of good cooking equipment. The washing and dryer combo machine works well. Nice hot showers with good water pressure. Plenty of outlets for charging technology. The interiors are modern. Some areas of the apartment are not fully finished and are covered, but this does not interfere with the use of the space.

Great location in a family oriented neighborhood close to various activities and restaurants. Ben provided plenty of communication and checked in during our stay. This is a great and affordable spot with an engaged owner. The only issue we had was the noise of the family above (which Ben references in the post). this is a basement unit under an apartment, so you can hear the renters/owners above you late into the night and early in the morning. it did not bother our daughter, but my wife and I had trouble sleeping the second night as we could hear the neighbors above late into the night. We reached out to Ben, who apologized and reached out to the upstairs tenants. Overall, it is a great place with an active owner who is available when needed.
