We stayed at the appartement for a few nights. The appartment was clean and as shown on the pictures. Sylvester always responded very quickly to questions and was very helpful. The check in was easy and the security was friendly. The location of the place is great as it is easy to get to alot of things to do not too far away. The busy street nearby can be a bit noisy at times but this worked for us. This was a great place to stay in Nairobi.

This apartment is misrepresent in that the pic ,subjectively of the shower are deceptive. A contraption of a shower has replaced a perfectly good shower and it does not work . The host was awar3 and lied about the boiler being fixed in ages days, but not so. Th3 aparmenu is also very very dirty - I can’t emphasise this enough.

The place was really nice! Sylvester always responded very quickly, and he was very proactive in answering any questions and was lenient with a later check out time for me (7 pm). Just for reference, the hot water didn't really last for longer than 10 minutes in each shower, but I got used to it eventually. Everything else about the amenities of the apartment and the building itself was nice, and the location of the apartment is relatively close (~15 min) to major areas of the city. Overall, spent a good summer at this apartment and would stay there again!

Sylvester was very responsive and easy to speak with when I needed him, even before our stay. The location is ideal and central to all the happenings of Nairobi. My only issues with this property is that the unit is advertised to have AC, which was on of the reasons that I chose this unit. It actually did not have AC. Also, the water did not get hot, despite turning on the water heater far in advance.
