Beautiful apartment split over two floors. Great views of river and bridges from a low rise development spread along the river bank. Handy for the Old Town and Pearl District. Hosts welcoming and very responsive. I had a problem with the microwave and it was replaced the next day. Apartment is furnished with obvious eye to detail, lots of artworks and lighting possibilities. Big open terrance on the upper floor facing the river.

We stayed in this place a little over a month and loved it. Bob and Karen have equipped the condo especially the kitchen with everything we needed and even more so we felt like home. It was great when we get the chance to meet with Bob the first day we checked in. Bob is very kind and very helpful. He made us feel like if we were his favorite guests and provided us with everything we needed during our stay without any delays. We are glad we picked this place and we will not hesitate to do that again next time. Thank you Bob and Karen for the great experience.

I stayed here for 9 months on a travel contract in Portland. This apartment felt right at home! Bob and Karen are amazing hosts and were always responsive but respected our privacy as well. Would highly recommend this as a short term or long term stay for anyone!

Our stay was fabulous!! The place was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances we needed. It was SUPER clean and the view out the windows and from the decks was very entertaining with the ships, boats, water skiers, and wildlife. There was even a pair of binoculars to use. Bob and Karen went the extra mile and dropped by a tool that we needed to fix our laptop. Incredible, not every host would do that. The restaurants were within walking distance. We also utilized mass transit that was nearby. We travel year round and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. We had a great time and would stay here again.

I was genuinely sad about leaving this Airbnb. It felt like my home away from home; like a cozy vacation getaway. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and the riverfront location is just amazing. Continuous entertainment on the river and on rails — sitting on either of the two decks with nice patio furniture to enjoy it all — you won’t be bored. Definitely the upper deck was my favorite part of this spaciousness condo. As hosts, Bob and Karen can’t be beat. Everything is clearly explained in writing. They respond quickly to questions or concerns and go the extra mile to ensure you have a nice stay. Their appreciation for their guests shows in the work and details they’ve put into this amazing condo. Simply put, if it were a hotel it would be rated 5 stars, hands down! It’s so nice, one of my local friends on a visit asked if it’s for sale. The location, of course, can’t be beat, close to Waterfront Park, shops, restaurants, and sights downtown. Should I return to Portland, I’d absolutely stay again.
