I give my highest recommendation to Silvia’s apartment in Praia and, in larger sense, ALL of her listings due to Silvia. She was responsive with my needs and communicated with us throughout. She solved any problem, no matter how small, quickly and professionally. She helped us with recommendations and was flexible when we needed assistance with checkin and checkout days. Kind patient and communicative. I highly recommend her listings on this beautiful island of Terceira. The apartment was clean and tidy, the welcome goodie bag was nice, the bed was comfy, the location was perfect, and the size was perfect for my wife and me.

We know the island well, chose this place due to being able to walk to convenience store and restaurants, Angra is too busy and difficult to get around, taxi is less than a block away, we also had a car, parking lot is nearby, free from 4PM to 8AM, free weekends and holidays, coin and app paying options, if you didn't pay in advance the parking ticket fee was about 1,70€ each half day paid at the office 2 blocks away, we did this option, we plan to stay there again.

Perfect stay, the house is really clean and really fully equipped. Sílvia is a perfect host and she also gave us fruits, marmelade and bread. If you decide to go to praia da vitoria, i definitely recomment Sílvia’s house

Wonderful location, right in the center of Praia. My family and I were there during the Festas but the windows were wonderfully soundproof so we could enjoy the fun outside but sleep well once we were inside. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, with nice extra amenities like coffee and bottled water. We just wish that we could have stayed longer!
