First and foremost - Ahmed is the best host ever, responded to all questions and requests near instantly and clearly! The flat is just like in the pictures, it’s stocked up on some food and drinking water for a long period of time, everything is ready for your stay. Any minor annoyances were specific to Cairo housing in general and not a problem with this apartment. It’s located in a good building with a 24/7 supermarket with English speaking staff, and Zamalek is the heart of Cairo. While the cost is oriented at European and US guests, it’s still a great price for the experience. I stayed for about three months and never regretted it. The flat has modern HVAC for heating / cooling, a big screen TV, wireless (and now also wired internet and an HDMI cable I left for the next visitor!), a washing machine, everything. I prefer the home style decor, without excessive luxury (check other Ahmed flats for sultan design!) and will definitely try to book this one again when I return to Egypt!

Ahmed was an amazing Host, Very professional and super nice. The place was exactly like the photos, had a ton of complimentary water, and some drinks and snacks. Will definitely book with him again.
10/10 stay! The apartment is in a great and lively area of the city, lots of great food options nearby. Check-in was smooth and easy and Ahmed was extremely available for any questions I had. Highly recommend any of his properties!
