Being at Bob and Deb's cabin feels like home. Upon arrival everything met expectation and more. The cabin is clean, stocked and well laid out for an enjoyable stay. Bob and Deb were available and accessible for any questions we had. We had very few questions as the cabin is as advertised. This was our second year in a row staying and we plan to return for more fun at the cabin and Candle Lake. Thanks Bob and Deb for hosting us again

When we arrived we met Bev and she immediately put us at ease and explained things about the house and area. The house was just as advertised - a spacious 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were seven of us for the first weekend of our stay and we did not feel crowded. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one with bunkbeds on the lower level. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were great. Bob was very responsive. We had to reach out for help a couple of times and he responded within 5 minutes of receiving our messages. The yard was also well equipped. We ate suppers outside at the table and chairs on the deck and we used the BBQ lots. We had fires in the fire-pit 4 evenings and still had wood left for more. The yard is very private and we enjoyed deer sightings at the apple tree. All in all, Bob and Deb were great hosts who want guests to have a great experience, which we did. You will too!

We had a fantastic stay at Bob and Debs cabin, they are super friendly and very welcoming, the cabin is very spacious and has everything you would want for a large family gathering. Bob frequented the property which was expected and was nice to chat with him in the mornings. The property is large and has tons of room for everyone to spread out, your a quick drive to everything or moderate walk, we wish we had stayed longer and intend on returning in the future.

Friendly, helpful and gracious hosts. The only inconvenience was the matter of bedding. We had to bring our own. That took up a lot of room in the vehicles. It would be way more convenient to have the bedding supplied.

My family (wife, brother, sister, niece, and parents), stayed at Lazy bones cabin for a nice relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The place was spotless, the cabin accommodated all of very comfortably and the property was very nicely laid out to relax on the deck outside and by the fire. There’s a very good reason Bob and Deb are super hosts because they are absolutely amazing people who are happy to help with or provide whatever you need! We are grateful to have stayed at the lazy bones for our trip, so if you want a wonderful experience book the lazy bones cabin, it’s well worth it!
