It is a great location on the water with a pool. Some of the screen doors were broke along with pool tiles and bricks around the pool. Kids loved the dock and it is a long dock, saw dolphins often. Located right of a highway but traffic was not bad, lots of fun places to visit within an hour drive.

The location was peaceful and quiet. We loved the beach area, the dock, and the pool. A few things did seem a bit runned down - the pool and outside area were worn and could use some work. There was no hooks in some of the bathrooms for towels. We couldn't find remote to a TV, the dishwasher fell apart and needed fixing a couple of times. The living room could use some more seating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but the place could use some work.

My family of 4, with 2 kiddos, had a great, peaceful week away from Kansas here! We came in Mid March so the temp was around 68. Ocean was a bit cold to swim But having the HEATED POOL (extra charge to heat it), was a MAJOR PLUS! We spent time sun bathing and kids swimming, they cleaned the pool during our stay also! We loved the cleanliness of the home and the lower outdoor screened in bar area with smart TV for music! They set a crab net and we found a blue crab in it! Also in the mornings and evenings, look off the deck while making meals, and you'll see dolphins swimming out beyond the dock! If we ever come back to Carrabelle, we would stay again!
