The place was amazing, I dare to say better than the pictures! It was extremely clean and cozy. The view was breathtaking! There is a bus to the city that stops very close to the house. Also, it’s a 20min beautiful and peaceful walk to the city center. We had an amazing time! Frederic was very responsive and ready to answer any questions we had anytime. He was flexible with check in and check out, which helped us a lot. When we go back to Chamonix, we’ll definitely stay at the chalet again!

**Modern Oasis in a Prime Location** This new, modern home was an absolute delight to stay in. Its sleek design and state-of-the-art amenities provided a refreshing and comfortable retreat. Situated in an outstanding neighborhood, the short and scenic walk along the river to town became a daily pleasure of ours. Moreover, the host was nothing short of fantastic - always available, warm, and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a blend of modern luxury and nature's charm. Kudos to the host for creating such a remarkable experience!

What an incredible place!! Location is great, 15 min into town. The views are breathtaking, the place is clean, specious and relaxing. The only comment that I addressed with the owner directly was that during the summer place gets hot. Because there’s no AC, we had to open up the windows while there were no nets for bug protection, and the blankets we had were thick, for the winter season. But regardless of this minor detail, I would highly recommend booking this place. You will absolutely love it!
