We had a job near by and it worked for what we needed. Plenty of beds and great Mexican food all around. The only back draw was the driveway. I have a 4 door short bed truck and it blocked the entire sidewalk if I needed to park there. I have to many tools to unload. You will need to park on the street unless you have a compact car. Street parking is limited because there are a lot of cars on the street. I did park on the street without trouble of anything missing out of my truck. I would book here again.

Noah's place was clean and comfortable on the inside. Interior was fairly sparse though, with only the minimum essentials in the kitchen. Only the minimum number of bath towels. No washcloths. Backyard was fairly unkept and dirty. Owners where very communicative though and I am sure we could have asked for what we needed, however we decided just to make due with what we had. Cleaners were still cleaning the house at 6:30PM when we arrived, when check in was supposed to be be at 4PM. To be fair, we did say we would likely arrive around 7PM.

Everything from the pictures to descriptions matches the listed to the price being a good deal considering how late I reserve the place (the night before). Once getting inside the house itself gives you such a cozy feel like you are right at home. Noah and his team were very helpful for any problems I had with responds to any of my regards within 30 minutes even in the middle of the night.

TLDR; I got charged $75 for damage I didn’t do to the property. Check this place for damage when you arrive and report it immediately or the host will charge you for it, or just don’t stay here at all. Toward the end of my stay, one of my guests/employees opened a drawer and found out it was broken. He didn’t know the way reporting damage for Airbnbs works, so he just placed it back. The host discovered the damage after our departure and kindly requested I pay $75 for the damage. I spoke with my guests and one told me that it was damaged already, he had just opened the drawer and it fell out of place. I asked why he didn’t tell me before and he said he didn’t think it was a big deal since we didn’t break it. I explained this to the host and Airbnb and they still deemed me responsible for the damage. Honestly, it’s not a big deal in this case, but the fact the host and Airbnb give no regard to your explanation and force you to pay leaves me to recommend staying away from this place.
