A great place for our family break. The children loved the private hot tub, pool table and sauna (as did the adults). They also loved the games court and the swimming pool which was very easy to book a time slot. Hosts were very friendly and with super quick response times. We’ll definitely be staying again.
What a place to fantastic stay! A great hub to visit the local attractions of Knaresborough, York or Harrogate or just a great place in itself to spend time relaxing (which we did!). The pool was perfect, easy to book and the kids loved it. The hot tub, sauna, pizza oven just made the stay even better. The accommodation was very spacious, modern and clean. The host was easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay. We hope to visit again :)

Hi my partner and i live on a farm in ferrensby, keeping cattle, we like vintage machinery, vehicles and bygons, we exibit at our local tractor fest at newby hall, and exibit at verious local steam rallys, we like good food and wine, and are fortunate to have 5 good dinning pubs close by......hope to meet you soon
