Очень просторная уютная квартира. Отличное расположение, рядом супермаркет, кафе , метро и достопримечательности . В квартире имеется большая гардеробная и в ванной шкафы очень удобно для хранения вещей . Очень удобная кровать и тихая спальная комната . В целом я осталась довольна и при возможности обязательно вернусь .

It was quite a shock to be notified by the host of the unavailability of the apartment upon arrival at CDG airport. After two nights at a hotel we moved to the apartment to find that the place was still in repair, very dusty, and cold (no heating device). The bathroom was unusable. Host Blueground said it would be ready in a day at that point, but I could not believe that looking at the disarray of the place. After 6 nights at a hotel and another Airbnb, we could finally moved in. I asked for a refund for the time the apartment was inhabitable, and Host became silent and unresponsive, though they had said earlier that they would refund. As of this writing I have not heard anything from Blueground regarding the refund. Airbnb found that the Host violated hosting rules and refunded a portion of my refund request. The Wi-Fi username was different than was published in their application, there was no place to hold toilet paper (which I had to buy myself) in the bathroom, the light fixture above the mirror did not turn on, the heating system in the bathroom did not work, one could hear someone upstairs walking clearly, there was no dryer for clothes that needed to be hung and dried in the room, and there was no orientation book to guide you, though there was short information in their application. Everything you needed seemed to be there, but they were non-functional or not ergonomic. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 persons, the security seemed good, the small elevator was a must and convenient, and the neighborhood was nice with grocery markets, eateries, convenient transportation. You could step out of the apartment and see a grand Arc of Triomphe every day. Staying with this host, Blueground was a nightmare. From the beginning of our trip, they were unprofessional, irresponsible, and unresponsive. I gave them a lot of chances to correct their shortcomings, but they did not come around. At the end of our stay, I still felt very dissatisfied.

This was beautiful apartment. Very big and comfortable. I was in summer, and outside was very hot, but in flat was always fresh. It’s very good. This flat in very good location, close to Arc de Triumph. Inside flat very quiet. I very like this flat. I would like back there, when I go to Paris. Thanks for all)

장점: 치안이 좋습니다. 수납장이 많았고 집이 깨끗합니다. 주방식기류등 새거였어요. 단점: 난방이 잘 되질않아 추웠습니다. 물도 아주 뜨겁게 나오지않아 추웠어요. 샤워기가 오자마자 고정이 되질않아 따로 구매해 설치해서 사용했고요. 부엌 하수구가 세서 불편했네요. 열쇠도 부식이 되는바람에 수리공이 고치러 왔습니다.
