Theresa's place was a gem and so peaceful! I needed a place to work when my internet was down at my home. The home was easy to find, so peaceful and the gym downstairs was an extra bonus! I highly recommend and by far the cleanest place I have EVER stayed! Communication was fast and if I could give it ten stars I would!

Overall it was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and very well stocked with dishes, towels and other linens. There were also a good amount of snacks for us to choose from. I was really looking forward to using the pool table but it wasn’t level and there wasn’t enough space around the whole table to play comfortably. Also the host was nice and checked on us periodically but also slow to respond when we had questions. Besides that everything was great it was a nice cozy home away from home. Great location not too far from any stores or restaurants.

We loved the stay . It’s a beautiful old home with TLC . When we come back to Johnson city to stay ,this is where we will come everytime . I’ve slept wonderful and normally it’s hard for me to fall asleep . 🙂 nice and peaceful and the fire pit out back is gorgeous and my kids have had a great time here!

Such a great find! So well stocked that I really only needed my toothbrush. Squeaky clean, super comfy and so homey. Super fast wifi both uploading and downloading, which I needed as this was a work project getaway. Quiet area. Such a bargain. Oh and a Keurig! Even some kcups and many other goodies in the kitchen. I felt so well taken care of. Thank you Theresa! I appreciate your hospitality.

This is such a lovely AirB&B and we had a wonderful time! The location was great - we loved the outdoor lights on the carport that greeted us when we arrived after dark! The house is lovely, clean, and smelled so fresh! We loved drinking coffee on the patio in the morning and there were so many birds that greeted us - it was lovely and peaceful. This was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful trip! The host communicated at every step and we were so appreciative! Thank you!!
