l'host ha richiesto la registrazione presso una piattaforma esterna (cleanbnb) non indicata in sull'annuncio. indicazioni precise fino al pianerottolo, ma mancanti di quale fosse la porta da aprire (destra). l'host ha sbagliato la preparazione delle stanze ed ha cercato di dare la colpa prima a me, poi alla piattaforma cleanbnb, rispondendo in modo sgarbato ai miei messaggi; dopo diversi screenshot a dimostrazione del suo errore e ripetute richieste di lenzuola matrimoniali, ha fornito quanto mancante. la casa si trova al piano terra rialzato, con finestre vecchie che non attenuano i rumori della stanza, ma vibrano alle basse frequenze. avendo il sonno pesante non abbiamo avuto problemi, ma meglio tenerlo in considerazione. doccia molto piccola, buon arredamento, ma nulla per la colazione (bed and breakfast senza breakfast).

la limpieza del apartamento dejaba que desear y la ducha del baño demasiado pequeña, si se cae algo al suelo, te tienes que salir para poder cogerlo. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Algunas sillas tenían las patas rotas.

The apartment is facing the street (both the bed room and the living room) and is poorly soundproofed. Noise from the street is very loud but also inside the apartment sound travels easily. The windows are old and vibrate whenever a car drives by or someone closes a car door in front of the building. This makes sleeping in impossible. Otherwise the apartment is quite big and conveniently located. The wifi works well. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are remodeled, but there is mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Would recommend only for a short stay.

The apartment itself is designed after the artist Keith Haring and is close to the main train station and aprox. 20 minutes to The Leaning Tower what was very suitable. However the apartment was very noisy, had to sleep with earplugs. There is no noise isolation and bedroom has windows right to the street. Nothing for light sleepers. The equipment of the kitchen could be better, could have some basics as salt, oil, coffee etc. Definetly more toilet paper (we got only two roles for 2 persons for one week - needed to buy on our own). We also didn't have blankets prepared on the bed and had to take them from the closet but there were no covers so we weren't sure if it was clean... Last but not least, what really surprised us that in the instructructions was said that the apartment must be left clean with no garbage - but we paid almost 2K for cleaning! We always clean the apartments before checkout but the requirment got us surprised. At the end - good stay but wouldn't go for it again.
