It was nice to be able to stay in a two-bedroom, two-bath place while visiting the Grand Canyon. William's place was well heated, had great showers, excellent WIFI and TVs, well furnished and had all the things you'd expect in such a place. When we needed a couple things, Elizabeth responded and resolved them very quickly. Both mattresses need replacing. The guest mattress is quite hard. The master mattress is quite soft and is broken (we both spent the nights trying not to slide to the middle, and ultimately one of us slept on the couch). There are a few other "maintenance" items that need correcting. All of this is easy to resolve, and once resolved we'd stay there again if we were in the area. This place is in the town of "Grand Canyon Junction", which is tiny. Don't expect much here (e.g. no grocery). We did, though, truly enjoy the food at the red mexican food truck in the Chevron parking lot. We also enjoyed the low key "Foodie Club" in Tusayan.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described, and we appreciated the quiet location near the Grand Canyon. The stars at night are amazing! William was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We would stay again.

It’s easy to find as long as you use Williams directions and not GPS. It is exactly as advertised. Close to Grand Canyon. Very quiet rural area. Nearest grocery is 30 miles, so pick up your groceries on the way. We wild stay here again.
