This place was amazing for my 1 month stay! I traveled solo as a female in her early 20s and I was never ever scared to walk around the neighborhood alone, its such a nice area!! I'm going to miss it here so much, it is so worth it.

The place was great! I never had a problem finding parking and it was a very safe location. Perfect for short term rentals!

I stayed here for a couple months, and it was a very quiet, private space. There were a few issues when I first arrived, but the host was prompt in resolving them. I was happy to find the windows had blinds throughout, as I was working some night shifts that required me to sleep during the day. The kitchen area had most of the essentials, although I think a toaster oven may have been more useful than the provided microwave, but that’s just me. It’s located in a residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking, but still close enough to enjoy the action of Adams Ave. The unit is tucked away behind a rental home, and there is also another unit below it. I never did have any interaction with the other tenants, aside of sharing the laundry room. I did use the laundry room a few times, but preferred a laundromat, as more often than not the washer and dryer were in use. Overall, it was a place to call home temporarily, but it may be better suited for a short-term stay.

Great place for my month-long stay. Amazing location just a short walk from Adams Avenue and well set-up for long term and short term stays alike. Miles is a very responsive host and quick to address any questions you may have.

This place was very nice. The neighborhood was safe and it was mostly clean. I felt safe traveling alone. The neighborhood is great for walks. It is close to everything in normal heights and north park.
