This is not a room in someone's home, these are like hotel rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas. The man who checked me in was not the host. He spoke very little English. He asked for more money, but I couldn't understand the amount or what it was for. I texted the host, who said it was a city tax. He said it was mentioned in the listing, but I couldn't find it. (1,60 euro per person per day.) There is one flight of stairs. The common areas and bathrooms are nice. The bed was comfortable. The room itself has only a window to the hall. There is no natural light and limited ventilation. It's a great location, but expensive. It does sleep 3, so if you're splitting the cost it would be more reasonable.

I would like to start with saying that I am a single woman traveling, my experience will be always different than a couples or a man’s. During check in he was keep creating extra coasts (trying to make me pay again for my dog, for checkin despite having key boxes, city tax that internet said was 1,10€ he was asking much more, aggressively told me checkout was 10:00 am, on their profile it’s stated 11:00am). I didn’t pay again for my dog, nor the weird check in money cause during the check in he didn’t show me how the key worked or WiFi or anything. He just asked for money. I have left 5€ behind as city tax, cause air bnb told me not to argue a lot and that was the amount I have had payed in Venice. I have let them know that trains were getting later and I will have the key from the box, when I arrived I saw 3 key boxes at the door. This is like “look we have it but I will still take advantage of you cause you are a single woman” Don’t stay here. Room was very stuffy too.

Die Lage ist Top und super gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und die gemeinschaftlichen Räume waren heimelig und gemütlich, das Badezimmer sauber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!
