Amazing location, as I been to Cortina including this was my 4th, this place is modern with chic, if this was an hotel I would have gave 5 start for it. Kitchen have nearly every thing but could do with an addition to a toaster and microwave but otherwise more than adequate. Although it say one room, actually is a partition wall that pull close into a private room so can easily accommodate 2 sets of couples or adults or older kids for privacy. Closed proximity to Cortina town and actually above the main supermarket only 2 mins walk. If driving there is secured outside parking with locking gate but put in mind if you have a very low sport car might be difficult to go up or come down steep ramp other than that good parking. Out of 10 I would give 10/10 and highly recommend and sure will use them again.

Conveniently located, warm, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Two issues of note. The kitchen is lacking some key equipment - bottle opener, wine glasses etc - a minor irritation. More notably there are NO curtains in the apartment (not even in the bedroom). We improvised curtains in the bedroom using bath towels. Glad we did because on the last two nights of our stay there were a group of people (teenagers I assume) up on the bank opposite the apartment shining laser pointers in through the uncovered windows. They lost interested and stopped only after we covered the living room window too. Didn't spoil our trip but it wasn't nice to feel spied on and targeted that way.
