Great place to stay, quiet area, and we never had any issues with the locals. It was a 10 minute drive from MSU, and was located near a few stores. Barry was always responsive and helpful.

Barry's place was cozy, clean, and well equipped for 3 adults. It was enjoyable and easy to prepare meals in the kitchen, there was excellent water pressure in the shower, there are windows all around so the space was felt breezy and fresh, and the thermostat was easy to use and the heater efficient. It was nice to be able to do laundry before leaving. The lake-side location was quiet and peaceful, but also within 10-15 minutes of a good assortment of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommended!

Rented this spot for a short business trip. Everything was clean and just like the photos. Will be back, easy access to local grocery store, fuel, take out, hardware store, pharmacy and Costco.
