the apartment is comfortable and has all the necessary appliances. It has a wonderful view from the balcony and is located 1 minute from the beach. The bus stop is about 10-15 minutes on foot, there are two buses, but the last one is about 9pm, so if you want to go to Valencia or return, you have to order a taxi. There is a big supermarket, also 10-15 minutes from the apartment. There is a nice restaurant next to the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and we totally recommend Luis Miguel’s apartment 🥰

Amai! Hoe mooi was het hier! We voelden ons helemaal thuis! Super proper, gezellig! Zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie! Heel goed bereikbaar! Wij komen hier terug! Bedankt!!!! Super host!

A spacious and clean apartment in the beautiful Port Saplaya! It is perfect for a few days or a week, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. The cooking and cleaning equipment need updating and the neighbours (and their cute dog) are very loud at times. However, all in all had a very pleasant month in Valencia 😊

We really enjoyed Luis house which was right next to the beach of port Saplaya . We loved it and we felt like home directly. The house has all the amenities you need to stay in a house like exactly you would be in your home :) I liked that the house is only 15 min away from Valencia Center by car and next to the beach with a supermarket 500 meters away. We did not want to leave this place and we would definitely come back for more days . Thank you Luis everything were perfect. Asta luegooooo🩷🫶🏼🇪🇸🇬🇷

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Port Saplaya, l’appartement est vraiment très bien, équipement, la vue, le calme. Il y a plein petit commerce, café, glacier, bar, restaurant à proximité. La plage est à 1 minute à pieds. Franchement c est TOP. Je recommande.
