great location next to cocoa beach. Pool was incredible and location to village square was 5 minutes. Such a relaxing stay for wife's 50 birthday. Lots of great laughs and lasting memories.

Villa 47 is absolutely fantastic. We loved every minute we stayed. Frederic met us to check in and was so helpful during our stay. He was so friendly and accommodating. Sarah was also available to answer any questions we had about the area, the things to do etc. The villa is so beautiful and the location in Orient Bay is perfect. We had a rental car and it is helpful if you want to get around the island. Plenty of safe private parking at the Villa. You can walk to gourmet restaurants and a small market. And also plenty of less expensive beach bar restaurants and shops. Quick and easy drive to a large grocery store- Super U. The kitchen in the Villa is small but worked perfectly for us. The pool is enormous- larger than some apartment complex pools. Being able to swim early morning and late in the evening was a plus. We found it very easy to drive around the island and find parking but we were in low season. Interested in diving- try Ocean Explorers in Kim Sha Beach area.

Villa 47 is incredible. The location is perfect - walk a few seconds past the pool and your feet are in the sand of Orient Beach. If you look the other way, you see beautiful green mountains. Walking distance to world-class dining and 5-10 minute drive to Anse Marcel, Pinel ferry, and Grand Case. Sarah and Fred are so friendly and very responsive. Fred greeted us warmly and was our hero two days later when our car needed a jumpstart. He was always available and made my family feel like we had a friend on the island. The Villa itself is stunning. High ceilings, stylish island decor, colorful art books, airy and spacious living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare several dinners. Appliances were very nice and new. Lastly, the pool. It is huge. And private. And beautifully lit up at night, making for some wonderful family pool parties. It came with a giant flamingo floaty that got plenty of use. Merci Sarah and Fred, et à la prochaine!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 47. The beds were comfortable, decor was modern and beachy, pool was amazing and the location was awesome right by the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants. The only thing to note is that 2 bedrooms are attached to the main living space while the 3rd requires you to walk outside to get to the living room but it was fine for our family as our Tween son enjoyed having his own “private” space. Sarah and Fred were responsive and accommodating and provided good recommendations for dining and snorkeling expeditions. We loved having access to the Coco beach club chairs and took advantage of jet skiing. Sunday was a bit of a party atmosphere with a live DJ and the rest of the week was more quiet. Overall beautiful spot -we hope to return one day!
