This place was convenient for me and was a nice place to stay. Of my 5 stays in Joplin this one is in the top 2. I arrived in the dark and so it was a little difficult to find but once I found the door it was a simple entry and easy to navigate. The place is comfy has much character.

I enjoyed the house and the classic 1920s look. I have a friend that lives very close to the property and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy my own space and be close enough to socialize. I would stay here again. Jessica was a great host and made sure that the walls were cleared of ice before my arrival. The entry instructions were clear and I always value the time that many hosts take to leave a notebook with local information. One thing Jessica did that was excellent was add emergency information such as Fire, police, and local hospitals.
