Just a terrible deal. House was not clean when we checked in, as no cleaning had been done after the previous host had left. We had to wait for the check in and for the cleaner to finish his work after the check in. Person letting us in was unprofessional and not helpful; the host completely unresponsive. There was toilet paper at all in the apartment. House needed serious fixes and was dirtier than advertised. Overall, very bad host - strongly recommend avoiding booking with them.

The fact was perfect, spacious, clean and had great amenities. Unfortunately, the communication was weird. I got a few messages saying my booking was going to be canceled days before my trip and then messages in Italian saying that it wasn’t from them and to not worry… The lady that checked me in wasn’t the actual host so she didn’t know which floor the key matched to and the host was not responding to her. Eventually I got inside and was super happy with the space and relieved. But the two keys left for my friend and I didn’t work on our door and the check in person had left and I had to call her back. Being left with only one key was very inconvenient and we were both in Milan for work the key that was left to us didn’t work downstairs and there were at least two occasions where one of us was locked out. Overall, the place is in a great location and easy to get around and comfortable to stay in. Just needs management to improve on the check in process.

The apartment is located really nicely. The connection via the metro is perfect. The apartment was clean and the check in experience was really nice.
