Cosy in the Heart of Angel A cosy family apartment with space for up to 6 guests. Set in a lovely Georgian townhouse with shared garden access, just minutes away from Angel station. Please note: no step-free access LIVING ROOM A lovely, cosy living room, brightly lit by 2 large cottage style windows, and lively pops of colour in the cushions, wall art, and a large colourful floor rug. There is a cushy L-shaped sofa and an armchair, with a coffee table and a large TV – the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The sofa opens out into a double bed best-suited for 2 children. Opposite is an exposed brick feature wall, with a remote controlled gas fire in the centre and bookshelves either side. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A bright little kitchen with modern fittings, a dining table and chairs, and all the amenities you will need for your stay. MASTER BEDROOM The bedroom is a homely, bright and airy space, with a neutral interiors, a large window, and a big mirror. There is a double bed, a few book shelves, and a colourful rug on the floor. By the window is a convenient little office desk with a lamp and chair. SECOND BEDROOM A bright, spacious room, perfect for young children, with a single raised double bed, sleeping 2 guests. There is a child-sized desk and chair under the bed, book shelves, a chest of drawers, and a selection of toys. There is also a brand new single sofa chair in a warm orange colour, that can sleep 1 additional guest. This is not shown in the photographs. BATHROOM A pretty little bathroom with clean white surfaces, geometric print tiles. There is a bath with overhead shower ideally set beneath the skylight, a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, and storage cupboards. GARDEN The shared garden is a beautiful, leafy spot, screened by trees and ivy-covered walls. Just past the shed is for exclusive use of the property. There is a lawn, a small patio area with a little garden table, 2 chairs, and a bench set against the back wall. The space is dotted with pretty shrubs and includes a little garden shed. Please note, this property is split over the first and second floor, with 2 flights of steps to reach the entrance and no step-free access. There is a high quality single sofa chair bed in the second bedroom (not seen in the pictures) that can sleep 2 children (not suitable for adults). Please note in the shared garden, just past the fence and the shed is for the exclusive use of the property. The initial section belongs to the downstairs neighbours.
The place is very well located and within walking distance of the Metro and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The place itself is small and feels cramped. The bathroom has a shower that in order to get into it you have to get into a tub that seems rather high and the shower easily leaks onto the bathroom floor. Although the listing shows an outside garden area, it's not accessible, it appears that it's shared space with other units in the building, so accessing it would feel like you are invading someones space. Overall, the unit is very well located, but personally I would not recommend it for more that 2 adults and a couple children, the downside being that everyone will share 1 bathroom.
Stayed at this apartment with our two kids. Had a great time. Would come back anytime! Booking process with Veeve felt a little formal and duplicative at first, but it provides a great sense of reliability and professionalism for an Airbnb rental. Spot on customer service from Veeve side. Very professional and competent.
Camden Passage is one of the best-kept secrets in London — a gorgeous winding street tucked behind Angel Station, where some of the most charming boutiques and independent eateries north of the river can be found, as well as the famous pub the Camden Head, which holds stand-up comedy nights every evening. On the weekends, Camden Passage holds an antique market to rival Notting Hill’s (although it is somewhat smaller). Close-by runs a section of Regent’s Canal, lined with several excellent pubs from which you can watch canal boats and dog-walkers cruise on by.

We have strict cleanliness guidelines for our cleaners and all staff who enter our properties and have reinforced existing cleaning procedures in line with official WHO, British and French government guidance. As always, our team ensure that all properties are cleaned to a professional standard before and after each stay, with increased focus on touch-point cleaning (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.). All staff who enter properties will follow the below procedures: - Carry and regularly use alcohol-based hand rub - Sanitise their mobile phones - Focus extra attention when cleaning key touch-point areas (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.) - Wear protective gear where appropriate - Wash and disinfect work shoes We might be able to arrange for property viewings, upon request, for stays of over 28 nights. Please be aware once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and also ID verification via our partners Superhog. This is mandatory for all our stays and in accordance to short lets requirements with Veeve.
