This is a great place to stay close to the falls. There are tons of nice rooms if you have a large amount of people coming. There is an extra living area that is not pictured on the other side of the dinning room that gave us extra space. The table was enormous so we were able to play lots of board games. Location is walking distances (about 10-15 minutes) to the falls and to all the fun attractions. Things to note, the beds are a little firm so if you need a soft bed maybe bring some extra pillows. The blankets are a little thin so you may want to bring an extra blanket if you get cold at night. The heat/AC work great so you can always adjust as needed. I didn’t see any hand soap, hand towels, or paper towels so I would say bring those items with you. It’s a nice place close to the falls at a decent price.

Great location - within walking distance of many things to do. Place was in good condition - but, the backyard was not like the photos. Would recommend.

The place had lot of space to hang out, the rooms were big and spacious. There was enough space to park 2/3 vehicles. The place was just few minutes from the Falls. Had lot of places to eat nearby. However, some bathrooms didn't have mirrors or sufficient toilet papers. The bathroom fittings were loose and coming out from the walls.
