Eran's place is a one bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed in the living room. It is nicely decorated, has plenty of towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies, desk, washer drier, closet & electric blinds. Check in easy with lockbox, Eran was responsive &flexible with check in time, which was greatly appreciated. There is free public parking outside, which can get pretty full at times, and paid parking in garage. Outside stairs and ramp access from the elevator level -2 to the beach where there are restaurants, a convenience store and a lovely beach and boardwalk. Order a taxi from the lobby and there are stairs to the main road bus stations. Building is safe, has security in the lobby, a communal shelter on every floor, door has chain and peephole, and a spare key provided. Bring beach towels, laundry detergent and coffee pods for the Nespresso, and you are sure to have a pleasant stay. We had a lovely stay at Eran's place and would love to stay there again on our future visits.

I am a water person. I was thrilled to be able to stay at this beachfront location that is right above the promenade and beach area. I loved being able to look out from both the living room window and the bedroom window from the eleventh floor to watch the daily changes of the ocean depending on the weather, wind and tides. I especially loved the days when the water was aquamarine. Both rooms had great blackout curtains which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. And the pillows and bed were very comfortable. I really enjoyed walking on the promenade along the beach getting to know the area . There was a little market on the bottom floor where I could get my basic food for the kitchen and there was easy access to a bunch of restaurants that are along the promenade. When I had to take the train I was even able to walk to the Hof Carmel station to catch it. Eran had a great attitude whenever I needed to reach out to him and I really appreciated that. I would happily return.

Eran was amazing. Unfortunately during our stay Israel was hit by the most evil terror attack in its history. Our flight out was delayed and we had to extend our stay. Eran not only extended our stay, but also insisted not to charge us for the extension. Thank you so much Eran for being such a great host!
