Tent was ok There was no water in the basins everyday Logs went missing twice replacing once and told I would have to purchase another Overall quite a bad review

The views were absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed being able to walk round and see the animals however the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and did not live up to what the photos show unfortunately.

Stunning location with beautiful views towards the Bristol Channel. However, the tents were very close to each other. The online photos were a bit misleading as it shows one tent on its own with very plush interiors. The reality is not quite the same! It was all a bit drab although the sheets and towels were clean. The hanging rail collapsed as soon as I used it! None of the night lights in the hanging candelabra worked (battery operated). There were no deckchairs so I had to phone and get some brought down (this was done quickly). The mobile toilets were average and one of the toilets did not flush. However the showers were nice and hot. The mattress was very lumpy as you could feel all the springs. We had asked for a breakfast hamper in an email the previous morning. However, this was not acknowledged and I had to ask again when our chairs were delivered. The hamper eventually arrived at 8.30am. This comprised bacon sandwiches, warm croissant, cereal (had to use a mug to have the cereal in) apple juice and yogurt. It was very tasty but not sure it was worth £12 per person. Apart from the lovely surroundings, the Glamping was not good value for money. For £90 per night, it would have been nice to have had at least a few logs of wood to make a fire without having to pay extra for these!

Lovely accommodation, was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in was easy and the check in lady was lovely, even told us about the Manor House and things that we could do. The bell tent itself was a lovey relaxing experience and the views were perfect. Would recommend to everyone
