John is a great host and his place was great. Very clean and cozy place. Love the 2 parking spots and the location. The only drawback which was not his fault at all is the walls are quite thin and the upstairs neighbor thinks he is a famous R&B singer at 3AM. Music would be blasting start ing at 10am and go on pretty much all day. Maybe the place upstairs is also an air bnb and this is a one off experience.
This was the coziest stay! This home is beautiful and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped in. The home was well appointed and the layout was wonderful- such a great use of space. The Manchester neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and in a great location: 5 mins from downtown, 8 mins from VCU, 12 mins from Carytown. John was incredibly responsive throughout my visit. He was proactive by reaching out ahead of my stay and detailing everything I would need to know. He also checked in ahead of my departure. I would stay at any property hosted by John because I know I am cared for as a whole person and that my happiness and well-being is a priority in his home. Very grateful to have connected with you, John! Looking forward to returning to this property in the near future!
