The Grazia e Fabio apartment is just amazing. From the balcony the view is astonishing. The owners are the best host we had. The apartment has all the utilities you need. It is spacious, cozy, clean and well-organized. It takes only 25 minutes to go by foot to the center of Bormio, but it's a nice walk with amazing view. We will definetly choose this accomodation if we will decide to visit Bormio again.

This place was really incredible. We were looking for a reasonably priced place nearby Bormio Ski with great views and full amenities. The apartment checked all the boxes and more. First off, the views off the back deck are absolutely stunning. You have a great view of the town with the mountains in the background. At night, you can see the lights of the town and, if the moon is bright, the mountains are illuminated as well. We traveled without a car on this trip which was admittedly not the best decision, but taxi vouchers given to us by the hosts made getting to and from town much easier and more affordable. The walk into town is also doable—more or less 30 minutes all down hill—and we did that a couple times too. We did not even attempt to go up because the walk is long and steep. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bormio. Grazia e Fabio are great, responsive hosts. P.S. Check out the small goat/sheep farm on the walk down the hill. Don’t get spooked by the dogs

L'alloggio è splendido, con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e sono stati felici di aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda!
