* studio/tiny home on 10 acres of family owned land, chill, cozy vibes *add healing wood burning burning on for $45 *farm like area, natural beauty *rustic meets refined *beautoful surrounding *Comfy sleeping loft/private entrance + bath (everyone always says how well they sleep!) *Attached to a dwelling but very private feeling *Modern kitchenette with coffee maker, hot plate, fridge, and microwave *Come for the location, stay for the vibration :) *15 to Aville Studio w/in 20 minutes from Asheville. Even closer to blue ridge parkway, hiking, breweries … all within minutes. Cute, rustic yet modern ! Space is technically connected to our home, (see photos); but with its own entrance and distinct feel, this is essentially a tiny home. Read over reviews to get the essence of our place! You have access to a private back deck, cozy sleeping loft, and beautiful landscape, this is a peaceful and relaxing space for all seasons. People always mention the quiet they feel. It’s a small, lovely sanctuary. The bed is super comfy! This place has a farm like feel; if any amount of discomfort from being in a rural setting bothers you, please check with us before booking. This is the mountains!! You will enjoy a cozy, affordable space on our family land. Enjoy a healing, traditional wood burning sauna overlooking the mountains! This is like being at a mini spa, right on premise. ($45/extra for couple) Please note there is a sleeping loft that has “ships wheel stairs” (see pictures) and a commercial eco-toilet (“dry toilet" see pictures). Fast Internet but not TV-- we love TV :) but it doesn't work well in this space. Bring a laptop or other devices to stream! We love that Asheville is so close by - but we also have everything you need right in our little area. A wonderful coffee place, an amazing bakery, a local diner, organic deli, great breweries and access to the blue ridge parkway are all within 10 minutes. Fairview is the perfect location if you want to enjoy a natural setting, and also be able to enjoy everything Asheville close by.

moriahs place was peaceful, remote, and perfect for our few day getaway! the space was clean & comfortable, with a nice view into the backyard from the back patio. the two cats that hang around outside are absolutely adorable & friendly! moriah also included a list of local recommendations, and was very responsive throughout our stay. i would highly recommend moriah and her place!
My sister and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. It was the perfect place for us! Moriah was super helpful and made our stay great. Very close to Asheville. We also went and explored the Blue Ridge parkway, and found the cute little town of Fletcher that had many shops too! The private pond on the property was also a nice touch! We enjoyed getting visits from the sweet kitty- Stringer! The bed was also super comfy! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay there again! 😊

Set in beautiful Fairview, North Carolina just 15 minutes from the center of downtown Asheville. Fairview also has its own coffee shop, 2 breweries, a cider taproom, a renowned bakery, a grocery store, and restaurants all within 2-5 minutes of driving. We're also close to hiking, waterfalls, and everything the blue ridge mountains has to offer.
