It was a very quiet stay and I had a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The car park was private and felt safe and it was free to park. Reception was helpful, there was no bin in the room and she helped me obtain one (it wasn't working but they were responsive). It was close to local shops and amenities. There is also an eating area which was clean with new tables and chairs, a microwave and fridge freezer. The room was small and the door handles are stiff, the towel was stained with makeup and I didn't have a bin or a hairdryer but it's fair value.

I was surprised just how good the facilities are here. From the outside, there were the wheelie bins in the street right by the driveway and I thought I had made a mistake. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The host was lovely and friendly, the bathroom was outstandingly clean and new, the bedroom was spotless. I was a little disappointed there was not a kitchen to use or a fridge in the room, but shops and takeaways were just moments walk away. I’d happily use this location again and highly recommend it to anyone in Leeds needing a bed for a few nights. Well done High Bank. I am not often so surprised!

A clean simple room for an overnight stay. nice to be off the main road and opposite a large park on outskirts of the city.

The room described and the room i got were completely different, very small, tv didnt work and reception didnt even apologise, carpet very dirty, no shower just a shared bath, bathroom and toilet on different level to room!
