We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Polly’s place, it was far enough away from the touristy areas but they were close enough to walk to. Polly gave us some great recommendations which we sought out and enjoyed. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had an amazing stay with Polina! She was friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The flat was perfect for our stay and exactly as described. Highly recommend the location, perfect walking distance to all the main sights but away from the more crowded ‘touristy’ areas, it was a great neighbourhood which we loved spending our evenings in. The only downside (and outside of the host’s control) is that we found the flat to be quite noisy early on a morning due to the street outside and noise within the building. We had earplugs but would have had to buy some if not! Otherwise, a perfect stay - thank you!

The flat is in a perfect location to discover Florence. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. 15 minutes away from the train station and from the main attractions. The flat is really nice and comfortable and Polina was very to talk to. We even had a nice bottle of Chianti in the fridge. That was very thoughtful. I would recommend this flat definitely.

Great walkable location! We greatly appreciated the cold bottle of water and the wine that Polina provided for us! Directions to the flat were excellent and Polina provided a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The flat was spacious and well decorated, although a bit dark. We did not love that the slider opened up on to a busy street which led to street noise at night. We loved our stay in Florence!

We stayed at Polina’s apartment this week and were not disappointed. Located in the beautiful Santo Spirito area, there was tons to see and do all within walking distance. Polina was a helpful and informative host and gave lots of local recommendations to enjoy. We can’t wait to return!
