Very comfortable, clean and spacious home. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The host was great and quick to respond to any questions. The community is very quaint, the neighbors were very nice and the community pool is heated in a lovely gated community club area. Highly recommended!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s rental. The location is central to Marco Island and Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples, approximately 20 minutes in either direction. The community is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool is a 3 minute walk away and when other residents were there (although we often had the pool to ourselves) they were friendly and made helpful restaurant and activity suggestions. The house was comfortable and well kept. Eric is a terrific host and he responded very quickly to any questions we had. Should the opportunity arise we would definitely stay there again.
