From the start, Alexey was excellent at communicating and responding to me. The home was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was safe to walk in and convenient to a lakeside beach. Just down the street a couple minutes walk. The location was great for our hopes to visit the ocean beach as well, and the convenience of having the beach chairs and beach towels available was a great touch. Also, the outdoor shower had great pressure and was clean. Alexey gave us suggestions for things to do in the area and restaurants to try. The air conditioners, in all three bedrooms worked well. A. Our family had a great time staying at Alexey 's home. Very nice area, close to a small and beautiful lake (kids' favorite) and also close to the ocean. The house had everything you would need for a short vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at Alexey's place was comfortable, in a quiet location, close to a nice beach with a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the fresh flowers, and although we did not indulge, the wine was a nice touch. The air conditioning units worked well in this heat wave the cape is experiencing. Alexey responded quickly to my questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Location, location, location! We LOVED how close (walkable) we were to the pond with private beach access, as well as being only a 12ish minute drive to the beach! The kids (and adults) were in the water and sand all day every day for the full week. This being said, we can't say enough about the outdoor shower! It was definitely a highlight for us! Being able to walk straight to the back of the house and rinse off was refreshing to the senses as well as helpful to keeping the inside clean and sand free! Spending mostly time in the backyard when home, your next door neighbour was so kind and friendly. Your porch was cozy and so lovely to sit on for most meals and snacks. When we decided to go out for a meal, going to the Commons was awesome and so easy. You were very communicative, responsive and understanding as hosts. We hope we get to stay in your home again in the future. Thank you :)
