This property - PE1 is the first property of ‘Project Etere’ - an experimental, collaborative architectural project that attempts to synthesize and interlink the fields of property development, social impact, design, contemporary art, and economics. This artisanal studio apartment was carefully designed through the reconfiguration of an existing, disused building nestled within a beautiful traditional Balinese compound. This open-plan studio apartment offers calming and spacious atmosphere with lots of natural light and an abundance of fresh air from multiple directions. The property is furnished with bespoke, high-quality furniture, compact kitchenette and the living area extends into a wooden terrace overlooking the Balinese compound and temple in which our host and her family live. The property is well lit in nighttime and equipped with blinds for more privacy when needed.
