The gentleman customer service agent was rude. His initial phone call started off with, "what are you trying to do?" with no reference in regards to what he was calling me about. Would talk over me and not let me communicate. The rental seems a little outdated. When we arrived the AC wasn't working. Maintenance swiftly came and fixed it. There is absolutely no hot water in the master shower and the pressure was extremely low. I was woken up in the middle of the ngt to the sound of the toilet running water (extremely loud). There is no ceiling fans to keep the place feeling cool throughout the night. The view is amazing. Pool was wonderful.

Location, location, location! We were hesitant to book this place over others due to minimal reviews. I’m so glad we took the chance! The size and layout of the condo worked perfectly for our family. The views were incredible and the walk to the beach/pool were easy! I would definitely take their advice on bringing extra blankets, TP, paper towels, detergent, and anything to cook with (oils, salt/pepper, etc). You may also want to bring some cleaning spray if you are staying long enough to want clean counters. Check in was easy and the condo employees were incredibly friendly. My only complaints: the primary bathroom shower never got hot and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. We will definitely stay here/with SPI Rentals again!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, buenas amenidades, con hermosas vistas al océano, amplio, cómodo, bonito, sólo sentí que faltaron más toallas. Lo recomiendo al 100% definitivamente volvería
