Just the most gorgeous villa in the most wonderful location - everything we could have asked for! And Agios Stefanos is just stunning... But the standout thing for us was Johnny's communication throughout the booking process, on the lead up to the holiday and during the holiday - absolutely nothing was too much trouble. He was so helpful and responded so quickly - it really made everything so smooth. From booking high quality airport transfers, to recommending an online supermarket and vineyard - honestly, he couldn't have been more helpful. We'll definitely be back!
We loved our stay in Villa Maria. Johnny was a very helpful host, fast communication and was very friendly and flexible in accommodating our early check in request! The villa was perfect for what we needed, inside was simple as pictured but each bedroom has own bathroom and outdoor area - perfect! Kitchen has a good range of equipment if cooking or bbqing. Bath and pool towels provided. The outside area was fantastic - this was our priority for sure! Pool is the perfect temperature and overlooks the stunning bay. The location is ideal, right above the town from agios stephanos where there are circa 5 restaurants and bars to eat on the sea front, some convenience stores for anything you may need, boat rental etc. You can definitely get away with not renting a car, taxis are around 80€ from airport and would recommend renting boat or water taxi to travel around the bays on the coast. Only thing which would have been a nice inclusion were a few basics e.g. coffee, shampoo, etc.

The villa was just what we needed for our stay. Whilst not very modern and quite basic inside, the outside area and location make up for that. The views are amazing, the villa was spotlessly clean and the air con was nice and powerful! It is only a short 5 min walk into the village and a very short 7 min drive to Avlaki and Kassiopi. Can highly recommend Villa Maria.
