Matt was a great host!! He was so proactive and transparent about the check-in process and was very kind and called me when I had a little issue getting inside. He took care of everything and his instructions were clear. His place was perfect for a solo trip and I felt safe there. One thing to note is that on snow days (3" or more) you have to move your car out of the parking lot for the snow plows to come and plow the parking lot. I didn't know this and rushed down to move my car once a neighbor informed me I had to move my car for the snow plows. The condo is so close to the ski resort parking lot, I had no issue parking my car there and walking back. I felt safe and at home at Matt's place and he was a super nice host.
